Job summary

Nearshore Business Solutions is seeking a CX Ops Specialist to own and optimize HubSpot CX infrastructure and Zendesk configuration in a remote LATAM setting. You will drive onboarding, renewals, CSAT, TTV tracking, and data accuracy across systems, influencing retention and revenue.

You will collaborate with Rev Ops, create scalable Confluence playbooks, and develop dashboards for CSAT, onboarding progress, and renewal metrics, while ensuring data governance and cross-tool integrations with

Qualifications

Expert-level HubSpot proficiency including cross-object automation and properties
Hands-on Zendesk administration: routing, macros, triggers, views
Experience in SaaS customer success and onboarding functions
Strong understanding of customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal/expansion
Experience with Rev Ops collaboration and revenue data alignment
API/integration fluency and data governance knowledge

Responsibilities

Own and optimize HubSpot CX infrastructure and data accuracy
Build lifecycle workflows for onboarding, renewals, NPS/CSAT, and TTV tracking
Manage Zendesk configuration: routing, macros, triggers, views
Align CX data with revenue processes in collaboration with Rev Ops
Develop reporting/dashboards for CSAT, onboarding progress, renewals, and NRR/GRR
Create scalable Confluence playbooks and support AI/self-service initiatives
