Job summary

Tithely is seeking a Sr. Manager of Customer Operations to unify CX strategy, systems, and education across our organization. You will lead a team of CX Operations & Education specialists, drive high-impact initiatives, and build scalable processes to retain and expand our church customers.

You will own the CX technology stack, data integrity, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Marketing, and Engineering to turn insights into action. This role is fully remote with periodic travel.

• Coach and develop the CX Operations & Education team.
