DualEntry, founded in 2024, is an AI-native ERP startup redefining how accounting teams operate. You will own end-to-end ERP implementations and manage long-term customer relationships from onboarding to go-live and beyond.

The role suits someone with 3–6+ years in ERP implementations or accounting advisory, with CPA or Big 4 experience preferred. This remote-first team offers equity, a base salary up to $150k USD, and relocation support to NYC within 2 years.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of ERP implementations or accounting/advisory experience.
• CPA or Big 4 experience is a major plus.
• Deep understanding of ERP systems and finance workflows.
• Customer-service orientation with strong problem-solving skills.
• Thrives in fast-moving, early-stage environments.
• Expertise in Accounting, audit, ERP systems, CPA.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end ERP implementations and long-term customer relationships.
• Deliver onboarding, go-live execution, and CX excellence.
• Collaborate with founders, product, and engineering to shape the roadmap based on customer feedback.
• Establish and evolve implementation methodologies, processes, and standards.
• Challenge the status quo of world-class ERP customer success.
• Drive outcomes that accelerate customer adoption and satisfaction.
