Job summary

Avery Dennison in Little Rock, AR is seeking a CX Delivery Coordinator I for 8:00am-5:00pm Central time. This full-time role serves as liaison between accounts and internal teams to ensure high-quality product delivery and on-time project completion.

The successful candidate will manage client campaigns, track issues, prepare status reports, and collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Product, IT, and other groups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field (or equivalent).
• 1–3 years of related business experience and/or training in client service.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Diplomatic approach with clients and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with software: PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Access, Word, ERP, and client-specific tools.

Responsibilities

• Act as CX Delivery Coordinator for assigned Retail and CPG accounts, serving as the primary client contact.
• Ensure client satisfaction through timely completion of CX campaign requests and issue resolution tracking.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for campaign requests and project implementations.
• Interface with CX Sales, Delivery, Product, IT and other groups to support CX campaigns and changes.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
