Job summary

Avery Dennison is seeking a CX Delivery Coordinator I to join our team in Little Rock, AR. The role supports CX campaigns for Retail and CPG accounts and serves as the primary client contact for project work, questions, and requests.

The position follows Central time with standard 8:00am–5:00pm hours. You will track project status, maintain documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables and timely execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or similar field.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Diplomatic approach with clients and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned CX Retail/CPG accounts.
• Ensure on-time delivery and high client satisfaction for CX campaigns.
• Prepare and maintain campaign documentation for clients.
• Coordinate with CX Sales, Delivery, Product, IT and others.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and Sarbanes-Oxley 404.
