Job summary

Mirion Technologies is seeking a CX Data Analyst to act as the analytical powerhouse of the new Customer Experience organization. You will turn raw data from Forsta, Power BI, Databricks, Salesforce, SAP, and more into a single source of truth that informs prioritization and revenue attribution.

You will build enterprise CX dashboards, run advanced analyses, segment customers, and translate results into executive-ready insights and recommendations for cross-functional teams across Mirion's

Qualifications

• 5+ years of data analyst or insights experience in a B2B environment.
• Strong SQL skills and data integration across multiple systems.
• Experience with Power BI and enterprise analytics platforms (Databricks).
• Ability to translate analyses into executive-ready insights and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Ingest data from multiple sources to build unified CX views.
• Analyze survey data (NPS/CSAT) and operational metrics to find trends.
• Segment customers and identify at-risk or expansion opportunities.
• Develop and maintain enterprise CX dashboards and predictive models in Power BI/Forsta.
• Perform deep-dive analyses to quantify revenue impact of CX improvements.
• Support closed-loop processes with data-driven targeting and tracking outcomes.
• Prepare regular reports for CX leadership and Finance.
• Collaborate with IT and data teams to improve data quality and integration.
• Translate complex analyses into clear, executive-ready narratives.
• Stay current on analytics best practices in B2B CX.
