Job summary

Vector Solutions is seeking a hands-on CRM Analytics Engineer to build and maintain the analytics foundation powering revenue growth. You will work with Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA) to support datasets, dashboards, and reports used by Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive data-driven decisions.

The role translates complex revenue workflows into durable data models and transformations, partnering with Revenue Analytics, business partners, and stakeholders to deliver dataflows,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data or sales analytics, business intelligence, revenue operations, or similar.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA) building datasets, dashboards, lenses, recipes/dataflows, and bindings.
• Working knowledge of the Salesforce platform (objects, fields, relationships) and ability to make configuration changes within change-control processes.
• Experience using SAQL, SQL, or a similar language for data transformation and validation.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain CRM Analytics datasets, recipes, dataflows, and related analytical resources.
• Define dataset grain, joins, relationships, transformations, and calculated fields.
• Create reusable data structures to support multiple analytic use cases.
• Integrate data across bookings, pipeline, renewals, accounts, customers, products, activities, quotas, targets, and financial plans.
• Apply consistent metric definitions for revenue metrics across teams.
• Monitor data model performance, scalability, and maintainability.
