Vector Solutions is seeking a hands-on CRM Analytics Engineer to build and maintain the analytics foundation that powers revenue growth. You will work within Salesforce and CRMA to support datasets, dashboards, and reporting used by Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data or sales analytics or a comparable role.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA/E411) building datasets, dashboards, lenses, recipes/dataflows, and bindings.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce objects and configuration changes within governance processes.
• Experience using SAQL/SQL for data transformation and validation.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to turn data into insights.
• Understanding GTM/revenue operations reporting and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain CRM Analytics datasets, recipes, dataflows, and related analytical resources.
• Define dataset grain, joins, relationships, transformations, and calculated fields.
• Create reusable data structures supporting multiple analytics use cases.
• Integrate data across bookings, pipeline, renewals, accounts, customers, products, activities, quotas, targets, and financial plans.
• Apply consistent metric definitions for cross-team interpretation.
• Monitor data model performance and maintainability.
