Job summary

Signify is seeking a Commercialization Marketing Manager in Georgia (Peachtree City or Atlanta) to lead marketing for our stock indoor and outdoor lighting solutions. You will craft value propositions, messaging, and enablement tools for channel partners while partnering with Demand Generation to drive awareness and leads.

Ideal candidates have a marketing degree, 3+ years in tangible product marketing, strong communication skills, and cross-functional collaboration experience.

• Experience leading projects and team meetings.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to interact with cross-functional teams.
• AI experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support all elements of commercialization marketing for indoor/outdoor lighting solutions.
• Understand target verticals and customer types; help develop the optimal marketing mix.
• Develop unique value propositions and messaging frameworks that differentiate products.
• Lead strategy and implement sales enablement tools and marketing materials for channel partners.
• Partner with Demand Generation to design campaigns for channel partners and market segments.
• Establish and review KPIs/metrics for commercialization activities to ensure ROI.

This is an exciting job opportunity for you as a Commercialization Marketing Manager in Peachtree City, GA , or Atlanta, GA , with Cooper Lighting Solutions, a business unit of Signify, the world leader in lighting.

• Lead/support all elements of commercialization marketing for the Stock business of indoor and outdoor lighting solutions.
• Understand target verticals and customer types and help develop the optimal marketing mix to reach those customer personas.
• Develop unique value propositions and clear messaging frameworks that differentiate our products.
• Help develop the strategy and lead the implementation of sales enablement tools and marketing materials for channel partners to effectively articulate the value propositions of products and solutions.
• Partner with the Demand Generation team to design marketing campaigns targeted to specific channel partners, market segments and customer types to create awareness and produce lead generation.
• Establish and review KPIs/metrics for all commercialization activities to ensure ROI.

Salary: $93,000 - 136,000 based on experience

Bonus: target bonus opportunity - 10%
