Gardyn, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager, CX Automation to turn customer journey strategy into reliable, personalized experiences across Gardyn and Kelby.

You will own automations inside our messaging, analytics, and content platforms, collaborating with Engineering on integrations while maintaining day-to-day configuration. You will design workflows, build and test them with a focus on uptime, and measure outcomes with analytics.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in customer experience automation, lifecycle communications, technical product management, or a related field.
• Hands-on Figma proficiency, including designing and communicating UX flows within an existing app UI.
• Strong experience building customer journeys, triggers, segmentation, and messaging in a lifecycle platform.

Responsibilities

• Design customer journeys and workflow automation with triggers, sequencing, and paths.
• Build and maintain workflows across Iterable, Azure Logic Apps, n8n, and CMS.
• Test, launch, and monitor workflows to ensure high uptime and low errors.
• Collaborate with Engineering on integrations and data dependencies.
• Measure impact with analytics and report actionable findings.
