Job summary

Coinbase, Inc. is seeking a Technical Program Manager for CX Intelligence & AI to own cross-functional delivery across CX Ops, CX Programs, Product/Engineering, and Analytics. You will shape AI-enabled CX strategies and oversee milestones, communications, and OKR reporting.

You will partner with Engineering, Analytics, and Product to translate customer insights into roadmaps, size opportunities, define north-star metrics, and manage complex programs in fintech with periodic in-person sessions.

Qualifications

10+ years of TPM/PM experience in scaled tech environments.
Able to lead cross-functional initiatives spanning engineering, product and analytics.
Fluent with AI/ML systems, automation platforms and data pipelines.
Experience partnering with analytics teams to define metrics and tradeoffs.

Responsibilities

Define a strategic roadmap and partner with Engineering to deliver high-priority initiatives across CX.
Own a portfolio of agent tooling and SaaS initiatives, including evaluating external vendors for AI solutions.
Independently uncover CX opportunities and align with leadership to shift resources or launch new projects.
Own opportunity sizing, set north-star metrics, and report OKR performance to leadership.
Drive process documentation and rollout of tooling and automation changes across CX.
Innovate with AI, leveraging automation to improve CX outcomes.
