Coinbase, Inc. is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager for CX Intelligence & AI to own end-to-end program delivery across CX Ops, Programs, Product/Engineering, and Analytics.

You will shape the roadmap and drive cross-functional execution to transform customer support with AI-powered solutions. You will lead complex initiatives, define success metrics, and partner with product and eng teams to align resources and tradeoffs, while maintaining a focus on customer outcomes and

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical program management or related roles.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional CX/AI initiatives.
• Experience translating data insights into roadmaps.
• Familiarity with fintech or regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Define strategic CXI roadmap and coordinate with Eng to deliver priorities.
• Own portfolio of AI/automation tooling and evaluate vendors.
• Uncover opportunities with product and engineering leadership.
• Set north-star metrics and report OKR progress to leadership.
