Job summary

Wellhub is seeking a customer support professional to manage daily communications across email, chat, and phone, ensuring customer satisfaction. You will research customer history to build trust and maintain accurate CRM records, categorizing tickets and escalating recurring or critical issues to leadership.

This role requires experience with Zendesk or Salesforce and Google Workspace. Residing in São Paulo with a high school or technical education is stated; Portuguese and English language

Qualifications

• Reside in São Paulo and have completed high school or technical education.
• Experience with CRM platforms Zendesk or Salesforce and productivity tools (Google Workspace).
• Native Portuguese and intermediate to advanced English are a plus.
