Job summary

Employee Relations Associates, Inc. seeks a disciplined Customer Service Representative (Dispatch Coordinator) to support delivery and logistics operations in Kent, WA.

This 6-month contract-to-hire role is 100% onsite with a flexible 8-hour shift between 5:00 AM and 7:00 PM, including one weekend off and one weekday off. You will assist customers and partners by phone and email, monitor routes in real time, and help resolve issues to ensure smooth deliveries.

Pay Rate: $18/hr
Schedule: Monday-Saturday 05:00 AM -7:00 PM (Any 8 hrs shift in between , with 1 weekend off and 1 weekday off)
