ARServices seeks an experienced Technical Program Analyst to support CWMD R&D programs at Kirtland AFB, NM. The role requires DoD acquisition expertise, market research, and preparation of solicitation and evaluation documentation to ensure compliant, cost-effective contracting outcomes.

You will work within Integrated Product Teams, tracking cost, schedule, and performance while ensuring adherence to FAR/DFARS and DoD directions. A TS/SCI clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in acquisition, program management, or business.
• 10+ years of DoD contract and acquisition planning experience.
• Experience with DoD Research and Development (R&D) programs.
• Extensive knowledge of FAR/DFARS, DoD Directive 5000 series, and related policies.
• Documented experience with DoD acquisition pathways.
• Experience with development and operational test and evaluation of hardware.

Responsabilités

• Provide advisory and assistance across CWMD technical R&D programs.
• Conduct market research for CWMD products and services.
• Prepare solicitation documentation (Needs Statements, SOWs, cost estimates, evaluation factors).
• Perform cost, risk analyses and lifecycle costing in support of options.
• Ensure acquisition planning complies with FAR, DFARS, and DoD directives.
