Job summary

ARServices Limited in Fort Belvoir, VA, is seeking a highly experienced Technical Project Manager to support the DTRA RD NT Directorate. You will advise government leadership on program, financial, acquisition, and budget matters and coordinate inputs for internal and external taskers.

The role focuses on CWMD technologies and software capabilities, assisting the Division leadership with senior engagements and meetings. TS clearance and DoD R&D program mgmt experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience or equivalent education.
• Experience with DoD R&D or Science & Technology (S&T) program management.
• Strong executive-level oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise and assist with NTI CWMD program management, software development, and deployment.
• Support NTI leadership tasks including preparation for Senior Steering Groups and conferences.
• Provide SME input on program management, financial management, acquisition, and budgeting matters.
• Track and respond to internal and external taskers for the RD‑NTI PMO A&S team.
• Prepare high-quality briefings and materials for senior leaders and technical audiences.
