Job summary

InfoStride is seeking a skilled trainer/content developer to support CWIS training implementation. The role involves analyzing CWIS functionality, designing and delivering classroom and eLearning materials, and collaborating with Training Lead and SMEs to ensure effective, engaging learning experiences.

This hybrid position requires travel up to 30% and reimburses travel per state protocol. Pay is $33/hr on W2 (no benefits) or $37/hr on 1099/C2C, with flexible interview options and

Qualifications

• Experience designing curricula and training materials for adult learners.
• Understanding of social services programs for county/state staff.
• Ability to analyze CWIS functionality to develop learning materials (highly desired).
• Experience coordinating with training leads, SMEs, and technical teams to assure material effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Analyze CWIS functionality to translate into effective learning materials.
• Design and deliver classroom and online training for staff at various levels.
• Develop and maintain Adobe FrameMaker templates and scripts; revise materials as needed.
• Facilitate in-person, virtual, and webinar training sessions; support scheduling and QA checks.
