Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Technical Training Instructor for Completions & Well Intervention (CWI) to design, deliver, and continuously improve technical training programs for CWI. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with instructional leadership, delivered both virtually and in-person across multiple regions.

You will manage training content, collaborate with SMEs and regional teams, and ensure courses align with current Baker Hughes products, systems, and competency expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver technical training programs for Completions & Well Intervention (CWI).
• Develop and govern competency management programs for CWI AMO, field, and manufacturing staff.
• Support instructor-led CWI courses and coordinate training delivery.
• Maintain training tools, materials, simulations, and resources; conduct inventories.
