Job summary
Engineering Company in Charlotte, NC is seeking a CWI Inspector to perform on-site inspections on industrial and commercial construction projects. You will inspect welding, bolting and related structural components at job sites across the greater Charlotte area with minimal overnight travel.
The ideal candidate holds an active CWI licensure or ICC Welding certification, and demonstrates a strong safety mindset, attention to detail, and solid computer/communication skills.
Qualifications
- Previous inspection experience on construction projects preferred.
- Active CWI licensure or ICC Welding certification required.
- Strong safety mindset with attention to detail on a construction site environment.
- Ability to work outdoors year-round.
- Strong computer and communication skills required.

Description: In this position you will work on Construction Sites performing inspections to ensure the safety and success of each project. Examples of Projects could be Industrial or Commercial Construction projects. This person will spend their time primarily at job sites in the greater Charlotte area, with minimal overnight travel expected. You will be inspecting structural welding, bolting, and related structural components of buildings. This is a full-time position offering lots of room for growth!
- Previous inspection experience on construction projects preferred
