Job summary

Hospital Sisters Health System is seeking a Surgical Technologist to support the CVOR team in Green Bay, WI. The role involves preparing and monitoring operating room equipment, maintaining sterile technique, and assisting with patient transfer and positioning during procedures.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree in surgical technology, certification (CST or TS-C), and at least 1 year of surgical experience. This is a part-time position with on-site hours and a rotating shift schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree in surgical technology preferred.
• Graduate from a recognized surgical technology program or completion of military training in surgical technology required.
• DD214 demonstrating military education preferred for some cases.
• Illinois: equivalency option available: high school diploma + 3 years experience may substitute education.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor equipment and maintain sterile field.
• Pass instruments and assist with patient transfer/positioning.
• Perform intraoperative surgical skills and procedures as directed.
