• Associates degree in surgical technology preferred.
• Graduate from recognized surgical technology program or military training in surgical technology required.
• DD214 for military training documents may be used to satisfy education requirement.
• Illinois: alternative path includes 3 years as Surgical Technologist in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Scheduled Weekly Hours: 36.
• Support the surgical team and participate in patient-centered care.
• Ensure readiness of tools and aseptic technique for procedures.
