Job summary
Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse in Naperville for a full-time position with 6:00 am–4:30 pm hours, Monday through Friday, plus on-call responsibilities including nights and holidays. The role involves delivering professional nursing care, patient assessment, care planning, and collaboration with the care team to ensure quality outcomes.
Requirements include an associate degree in nursing or higher (BSN within 5 years), Illinois RN licensure, CPR (BLS), ACLS and PALS within 90 days,
Qualifications
- Associate degree in nursing or higher (BSN required within 5 years from start date).
- Current State of Illinois RN licensure.
- CPR Certification (BLS) from AHA or Red Cross.
- ACLS within ninety days of start date.
- PALS within ninety days of start date.
Responsibilities
- Renders professional nursing care to provide quality patient care.
- Assess patients' condition and plan and evaluate care.
- Monitor progress and document observations.
- Delegate appropriate tasks to staff and work as a team member to meet unit goals.
