Endeavor Health in Naperville is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM shift with call requirements, including nights and holidays. This position supports quality patient care across our acute and ambulatory services.

Renders professional nursing care, assesses patients, delegates tasks, and collaborates with the team to meet unit goals. Requirements include an Associate degree in nursing (BSN within 5 years), IL RN licensure, CPR/BLS, ACLS and PALS within 90 days, and

Hourly Pay Range:

$37.25 - $57.74 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

• Hours: 6a to 4:30p M-F with call requirements (including Nights and holidays)

What you will do:

Renders professional nursing care to provide quality patient care. Employing critical thinking skills, assesses patients' condition, recognizes deviations, plans and evaluates care, monitors patients' progress, and records pertinent observations. Delegates appropriate patient care tasks to other staff. Functions as a team member to fulfill unit goals. The following are general characteristics of this job, although duties may vary by assigned unit or shift.

What you will need:

• Education:
  • Associate degree in nursing or higher level nursing degree (BSN required within 5 years from start date)
• License/Certification:
  • Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure
  • Current CPR Certification (BLS) issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within ninety days of start date into position
  • Pediatric Life Support (PALS) within ninety days of start date into position
• Experience:
  • Previous OR exp
