Job summary

UF Health Leesburg Hospital is seeking an Operating Room Registered Nurse to perform comprehensive perioperative care in a high-volume 12-OR environment. The role encompasses nursing assessments, care plan implementation, and collaboration with a world-class team in a 330-bed campus with a leading open-heart program and robotic surgery.

The ideal candidate has an ASN or Diploma in Nursing and 1 year of Med/Surg or Critical Care experience, with CVOR circulating experience highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or ASN in Nursing required.
• 1 year Med/Surg or Critical Care experience preferred.
• Prior Circulating and CVOR RN experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to perform assessments and formulate care plans.
• Implement and evaluate individualized plans for surgical patients.
• Circulate and scrub complex surgical cases with standard perioperative practices.
• Maintain readiness for after-hours and weekend on-call rotations.
