Job summary

Ascension Seton Medical Center Austin in Austin, TX seeks an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) to join our CVOR team. You will deliver direct patient care during surgical and invasive procedures, perform scrub and circulating duties, and support sterile technique.

This role requires TX RN licensure, BLS/ACLS per facility policy, and 2+ years CVOR experience; evening shifts full-time with a $20,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Texas RN licensure required prior to hire.
• BLS/ACLS per facility policy.
• Diploma from accredited nursing program required.
• 2+ years CVOR circulating experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care during surgical procedures as an OR RN.
• Perform scrub and circulating duties, manage instruments and sterile technique.
• Coordinate comprehensive perioperative patient care before, during, and after procedures.
• Assist surgeons with intraoperative tasks including hemostasis and suturing.
