St. Mary’s Regional Hospital, part of IntermountainHealth, seeks a skilled Cardiovascular OR RN to join our surgical services team in Grand Junction, CO.

You will collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nurses to deliver high‑quality perioperative care in a fast-paced CVOR. The role requires a BSN, Colorado RN license (or compact with Colorado eligibility), current BLS, and preferably 1+ year cardiothoracic nursing experience.

Qualificações

• BSN from an accredited program.
• Current Colorado RN license or compact license with the ability to obtain Colorado RN license.
• Current BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association (ACLS/NRP/PALS as appropriate).
• At least 1 year of Cardiothoracic nursing experience in a comparable setting (highly preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Assess and address patients’ medical and psychological needs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Ensure compliance with evaluation, treatment and documentation guidelines.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nurses to ensure safe, high-quality care.
• Provide education and support to patients and families throughout perioperative care.

Formação académica

BSN from an accredited program

Current Colorado RN license or compact license with ability to obtain Colorado RN license

Current BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association

Cardiothoracic nursing experience (1+ year) in acute care/surgical services
