Job summary

Temecula Valley Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to support the CVOR team, assist with cardio-thoracic procedures, and participate in interdisciplinary care.

The role requires a California RN license, BLS, ACLS (PALS/CNOR preferred), and at least two years' experience circulating for cardiothoracic/CABG cases. TVH offers a rewarding environment and opportunities for growth.

Candidates will set up for cases, maintain sterility per AORN guidelines, and contribute to discharge planning.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with California RN license and current BLS/ACLS certifications.
• Two years' experience circulating for cardio-thoracic/coronary artery bypass surgery.
• CNOR and PALS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial assessment and plan care based on patient presentation and age.
• Initiate discharge planning upon admission and follow Interdisciplinary Plan of Care.
• Assist physicians with OR procedures, including cardio-thoracic surgery, and maintain sterility per AORN.
