Job summary

Banner Estrella Medical Center in Phoenix, AZ is hiring CVOR RNs to join a Magnet-designated Level IV trauma center. You’ll work side by side with surgeons and OR staff to deliver exceptional cardiovascular surgical care in a collaborative, high‑reliability environment.

Qualifications

• Current, valid RN license in state of practice; BLS certification required.
• Minimum of one year RN experience in the operating room.
• Must maintain clinical performance competencies and professional nursing practice standards.
• Preferred Bachelor’s degree and cardiovascular/vascular OR experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and plan nursing care for OR patients.
• Assist physicians with surgeries and SBV equipment as needed.
• Coordinate and supervise care with the multidisciplinary team.
• Document care and ensure accurate communication among caregivers.
