Job summary

GLS North America is seeking a CVO Test Driver to perform vehicle evaluations, complete test routes, and document findings to support vehicle quality and performance.

You will drive new vehicles, conduct safety inspections, and report results in a professional testing environment with a Monday–Friday schedule (6:00 AM–2:30 PM) and weekends off. Starting pay is $19.00/hour, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Able to confidently operate a manual transmission.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation.
• Dependable, safety-focused and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Drive assigned vehicle durability routes following testing procedures.
• Perform vehicle evaluations under various driving conditions.
• Complete daily driver reports and document test results accurately.
• Conduct vehicle safety inspections and report concerns.
• Test vehicle systems including engine, transmission, braking, noise, and performance.
• Assist with vehicle preparation, shuttling, detailing, and garage tasks.
• Follow all customer safety policies and mentor other drivers when assigned.
