Job summary

GLS North America is seeking a CVO Test Driver to join our automotive testing team in a Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM schedule. You will drive new vehicles, conduct durability routes, and document findings in a professional testing environment.

You will perform vehicle evaluations, safety inspections, and detailed reports while gaining hands-on experience with testing procedures and systems. We offer career growth, comprehensive benefits, and competitive pay to support your development.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Able to operate a manual transmission.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation.
• Dependable, safety-focused, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable sitting for extended periods while driving.
• Able to pass the background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Drive assigned vehicle durability routes while following established testing procedures.
• Perform vehicle evaluations under a variety of driving conditions.
• Complete daily driver reports and accurately document test results.
• Conduct vehicle safety inspections and report any concerns.
• Test vehicle systems including engine, transmission, braking, noise, vibration, and overall performance.
• Assist with vehicle preparation, shuttling, detailing, and other garage-related tasks.
• Follow all customer safety policies and procedures.
• Mentor other drivers when assigned.
