Job summary

INDUS Technology, Inc. is seeking an experienced Hull, Mechanical & Engineering (Nuclear) Specialist to support CVN readiness from Norfolk, VA.

Reporting to the Program Manager, you will provide subject matter expertise on reactor plant and HM&E systems, analyze data, and prepare readiness recommendations for CNAL/N47. The role is contingent and requires active clearance, extensive HM&E and CVN experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced government environment.

Qualifications

• Active secret clearance required to be considered.
• 4+ years CVN reactor operations experience or equivalent.
• 10 years' experience in HM&E ship systems maintenance, casualty reports, and related design improvements.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical advice on HM&E modernization and propulsion data.
• Develop propulsion readiness driver trees and visualizations for leadership
• Analyze CASREPs, failures, and LARs related to propulsion and reactor services
• Brief CVN, CNAP, CNAL leadership on results and mission impacts
• Draft Carrier Readiness guidance in coordination with AIRLANT Codes
• Bid and proposal support if requested
• Other duties as assigned
