Job summary

Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) team in Springfield, IL. This full-time role offers 36 hours per week with night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM and a sign-on bonus up to $20,000.

The ideal candidate will have RN licensure in the state, CCU experience, and BLS; ACLS/PALS/NRP may be required based on patient population. BSN preferred and a strong patient-centered focus is essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited and approved school of nursing required for licensure in state of practice.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on acute patient care at the bedside in CVICU.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.
• Support patient and family through critical care processes.
