Rush University Medical Center in Chicago seeks an experienced RN 2 for the Cardiosciences ICU-CVICU on the night shift. This full-time role supports patient care across critical care units and collaborates with the health care team.

The RN 2 applies advanced clinical skills, maintains licensure and BLS, and participates in quality initiatives. A $5K sign-on bonus is available; pay ranges from $40.05 to $61.28 per hour.

Formación

• Current State of Illinois RN licensure required.
• Maintain current BLS certification.
• Earned nursing degree at the baccalaureate level or higher (RN1s exception).

• Participates in data collection to support unit quality initiatives.
• Utilizes system resources to support decision making.
• Recognizes patterns of problems in a specific patient population and initiates actions to address.
• Communicates current evidence-based information with peers.
