Job summary

Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Multispecialty Care team in Springfield, IL. The RN will provide hands-on, bedside care in the CVICU and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team on nights, 7pm–7am, 36 hrs/week.

Ideal candidates are patient-focused, mission-driven, with nursing licensure and preferably BSN. BLS is required; ACLS/PALS/NRP may be required based on population served. HSHS offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program and licensed in-state.
• Experience in critical care nursing preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS/PALS/NRP as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside care for CVICU patients during night shifts.
• Coordinate clinical tasks and collaborate with multidisciplinary team.
• Ensure patient safety and adherence to unit protocols.
