• RN license required and active in state or compact
• BCLS certification required
• ACLS/PALS/NRP certifications preferred but not mandatory

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care using the nursing process and collaborate with the care team.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and document findings accurately.
• Administer medications and monitor for adverse effects.
• Respond to medical emergencies and participate in code team activities.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-discharge care.
