Job summary

Responsibilities include using the nursing process, patient assessment, care planning, documentation, safety culture, and participating in councils and quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage in unit councils, governance and quality initiatives to improve care processes.
• Use the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Monitor patient conditions, adjust care plans and collaborate with the care team.
