Job summary
Endeavor Health is seeking a Night-shift RN for the CVICU in Glenbrook, IL. This full-time, 36-hour-per-week position offers night hours (7pm–7:30am) with rotating weekends and opportunities to impact critical care outcomes.
Qualifications include IL RN licensure, BSN preferred, BLS/CPR, and at least 1 year of hospital nursing experience with ECMO/Impella experience preferred. Competitive pay and benefits accompany this role.
Qualifications
- IL nursing licensure is required.
- BSN degree preferred.
- BLS/CPR certification for Healthcare Providers required.
- Minimum 1 year of hospital nursing experience preferred; ECMO/Impella experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to all patient populations in the department.
- Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing and evaluating the patient plan of care.
- Maintain regulatory compliance in individual practice.
- Assume responsibility, accountability and authority for outcomes of nursing care.
- Guide and direct assigned unlicensed nursing personnel in delivering patient care.
- Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience.
