Job summary

Medical City Arlington is hiring a Registered Nurse CVICU to coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced CVICU. You will collaborate with physicians and the care team, educate patients and families, and document care thoroughly in the medical record.

The role requires an active RN license, an associate or bachelor's degree in nursing, ACLS and BLS within specified timelines, and at least two years of ICU/CVICU experience.

Qualifications

• ACLS must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date.
• BLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• RN license required (Registered Nurse).
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
• Minimum 2 years ICU/CVICU experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered CVICU care.
• Document care in the patient record accurately and promptly.
• Educate patients and families about condition, plan, medications, and follow‑up.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Promote evidence‑based practices and continuous quality improvement.
