Requirements include previous ICU experience, TX RN license, BLS and ACLS. A BSN is preferred and must be obtained within 2 years of employment. This full-time night-shift position offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous ICU experience required; CVICU preferred.
• Current RN license valid in TX.
• Basic life support (BLS) and ACLS at hire.

Responsabilités

• Provides high-quality, patient-centered care in the CVICU setting.
• Documents care in the patient medical record promptly and accurately.
• Educates patients and families about conditions, plans, medications, and follow-up.
• Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Engages in evidence-based practices to improve quality metrics.
