Qualifikationen

• ACLS certification (AHA Healthcare Providers).
• NIHSS training.
• Recent CVICU experience (2 years).
• Educator role for peers, patients, and families.

Aufgaben

• Apply nursing process and theories, assessing, planning, diagnosing, implementing, evaluating, and modifying patient care using evidence-based practices.
• Practice autonomously within professional nursing standards, the ANA Code of Ethics and ANA Bill of Rights.
• Strive for quality outcomes and innovative practice in accordance with state nursing regulations and hospital policies.
• Ensure practice is in accordance with competency required for that area.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to coordinate patient care and lead the interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Participate in quality assurance or performance improvement initiatives.
