Job summary

Jupiter Medical Center seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for the ICU to provide patient-centered care to a dedicated team. The RN plans, directs, and evaluates nursing care, ensures accurate documentation, and supports education for peers, patients, and families.

The ideal candidate holds Florida RN licensure, BLS, ACLS, NIHSS (CCRN preferred), and has at least 2 years of ICU experience. BSN preferred; on-site position with a strong commitment to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Current Florida RN license.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers.
• ACLS certification.
• NIHSS certification preferred; CCRN preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years in ICU.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered nursing care for an assigned ICU patient load.
• Plan, direct, and evaluate nursing care in accordance with standards and policies.
• Document accurately; ensure supplies and equipment are available.
• Educate patients, families, and peers as needed.
• Maintain high reliability in safety and quality of care.
