Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a registered nurse to deliver patient care using the nursing process and coordinate teaching across the health team. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care while ensuring medication safety and patient advocacy across hospital departments.

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to drive quality improvement and apply evidence-based practices in a dynamic clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid nursing license in the state of practice.
• Associate degree in nursing or nursing diploma; BSN preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the nursing process and clinical judgment.

Responsibilities

• In collaboration with the care team, conducts initial and ongoing patient assessment.
• Administers medications safely in line with state practice and policies.
• Acts as a patient safety advocate and participates in quality improvement.
