Job summary

Bon Secours is seeking a registered nurse to deliver patient care using the nursing process, coordinating data collection, assessments, and care plans across departments. You will implement treatments, evaluate outcomes, and serve as a patient safety advocate within a collaborative health care team.

Qualifications

• BLS Basic Life Support (AHA) preferred.
• Valid nursing license from the state of practice (required)

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessment with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Analyze assessment data, create a plan of care, and implement treatment.
• Evaluate treatment effectiveness and coordinate care with health team members.
• Administer medications safely in accordance with state practice and Mercy Health policies.
