Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Takes responsibility for assigned patients during RN relief periods.
• Collaborates with the care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Acts as a clinical mentor and resource in the CVICU.
• Educates and guides Registered Nurses on the nursing process, critical thinking, and accountability for the plan of care.
