Qualifications

• Must hold an active California RN license.
• 1 year of recent adult ICU/CCU experience.
• American Heart Association BLS and ACLS Healthcare Provider certifications.
• Must be willing to float to other units.
• Ability to speak/read English clearly with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement patient care as part of the care team.
• Float to other units as needed to support staffing.
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure family-centered care and optimal outcomes.
