Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking an RN II for the ICU/CVICU at our San Luis Obispo facility. This in-office, full-time role requires Epic experience and robust critical care nursing skills.

The position covers day and night shifts, with 36 or 48 hours per week options. Applicants must hold an RN license in California, BLS and ACLS, plus TNCC within 1 year of hire. Training and backfill support are provided.

Qualifications

• RN with state license required.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• TNCC preferred within 1 year of hire.
• Epic experience required for backfill.
• Associate or higher nursing degree required; BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and provide nursing care in critical care.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to ancillary staff.
• Manage patients with multi-system involvement, ventilation, neuro/trauma, hemodynamic monitoring.
• Document care accurately and timely; follow safety and quality checks.
