Allina Health is seeking a Patient Care Technician to provide basic direct and indirect patient care under supervision. You will document vital signs, assist with activities of daily living, and support patient transfers and clerical duties.

The role supports a 0.8 FTE schedule (64 hours per two-week pay period) with 8- and 12-hour day/evening shifts and every 3rd weekend rotation. CNA or equivalent training is required.

Qualifications

• Must meet one of the following: completion of CNA program or CNA academy training.
• Must be able to document vital signs and patient data accurately.
• Experience providing direct patient care and assisting with activities of daily living.

Responsabilités

• Assist with daily living activities and transfers.
• Perform clerical duties and document orders.
• Support patient safety and adheres to procedures.
• Participate in quality improvement activities.
