Responsibilities

• Lead orientation and ongoing education for CVICU staff.
• Coordinate unit education programs (IABP, CRRT, ECMO, etc.).
• Deliver in-service training and classroom education; assess learning needs.
• Maintain competency-tracking records for unit-based skills.
