Job summary

Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking an Registered Nurse (RN) to join our ICU team at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in O’Fallon, IL. The ideal candidate is patient-focused and mission-driven, ready to apply clinical skills to coordinate and perform hands-on acute bedside care.

The role requires RN licensure in the practice state, BLS, and preference for a BSN. ACLS, PALS, and NRP are based on patient population; CCRN/CEN certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing and licensure in the state of practice is required.
• BSN is preferred.
• Critical Care Nursing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver bedside critical care to ICU patients.
• Monitor patient status and respond to emergencies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
