Job summary

Requirements include an active RN license, BLS, ACLS within 30 days, and 1+ year ICU experience; BSN and CCRN preferred. Sign-on bonus up to $5,000. Benefits are offered under the facility's Total Rewards package.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state RN License.
• BLS certification required on hire and maintained.
• Critical Care Course completion preferred.
• Basic Arrhythmia Interpretation within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS certification required within 30 days of hire and maintained.
• Minimum one year as staff RN in acute care; critical care preferred.
• CCR N certification preferred.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe patient care using the nursing process in the ICU.
• Direct and guide patient/family teaching and activities of the nursing staff.
• Communicate changes in patient condition with physicians; monitor hemodynamics.
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.
